Hosting a yoga class, workshop, community gathering, or special event where guests are purchasing their own tickets? You can still have Espresso Yourself there without booking a traditional private-event package.
As the organizer, you don't have to pay a flat per-guest fee for everyone in the room. Hosted events are built around how your event is already structured — so the coffee can be covered by ticket sales, chosen by guests as an add-on, or purchased at the cart.
Ways a hosted event can work
The event organizer can include the cost of a coffee directly in the event ticket. Guests receive coffee as part of their event experience, and Espresso Yourself is paid based on the number of tickets sold.
Give guests the choice to add a coffee to their ticket when they register. This is a great option when not everyone will want a drink.
Guests can purchase their drinks directly from Espresso Yourself at the event.

Come grab a coffee! Public pop-ups are open to the community and operate just like a regular coffee stop — guests order and pay directly at the Espresso Yourself cart.
